The great experience gained with regards to wireless networks issues
has led to the development of software tools both for the planning and
optimization of radio networks as well for the strategic analysis of
buysiness cases.
Wireless Future offers a comprehensive set of software tools that are
developed in-house and hence can be easily customized to meet any
analysis and optimization requirement:
- ArGIS, for the prediction of electromagnetic
emissions levels
- BAToCS, for the automatic analysis of business
cases concerning site sharing sccenarios
- BAToMAX, for the analysis of both network
capacity and business cases concerning WiMAX networks implementation
scenarios
- Proteus, a fully dynamic system simulator of the
radio interface of UMTS, HSPA and LTE. With its dynamic approach
Proteus implements with great detail the network functionalities and
emulates the temporal behavior of the networks, of all their users
and of all the related network procedures. Moreover Proteus allows a
complete specification of RRM (Radio Resource Management) features
and gives an absolute control on the definition of their parameters.
Proteus has been developed to assist network planning, RRM features
analysis and optimization strategies definition
- WirelessPlan, to evaluate coverage and QoS
(Quality of Service) of wireless systems based on all the main radio
access technologies
